How much you can claim

The payable amount is $0.55 per notification.

What the service payment is for

In most circumstance the doctor is unaware that they will receive payment for the notification.

They can contact Sector Operations regarding the $0.55 (or multiples) lodged in their account.

Information to include on invoices

Each invoice will give the name and address of a doctor, the number of payable notifications and must be signed by the Health Protection Support Officer. The invoices arrive without a summary form or a Payee number.
